The 30th Nordic Meteorological Meeting in Stockholm
The 30th Nordic Meteorological meeting (NMM30) took place
22nd to 24th of August 2016 at Stockholm University, Stockholm, Sweden.
It started on Monday, 22 August, at 10:00 and ended on Wednesday, 24 August, at 17:00 hours.
The NMM30 was organized by the Swedish Meteorological Society (SMS) in cooperation with the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) and Stockholm University and sponsored by the Bolin Centre for Climate Research and the City of Stockholm.
The official language of the conference was English.
The conference featured 40 speakers of which 15 were specially invited speakers who introduced the different sessions. Prof. Petteri Taalas, Secretary General of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), spoke at the opening session on August 22.
About a 100 participants attended the conference.
